Single-channel inspection equipment with IP54 protection can be integrated directly into the production process, for example in automatic screw inspection machines. Integration into existing mechanisms requires very little effort. With a frequency range of 10 Hz to 12 MHz, a general-purpose signal filter, and an I/O interface, the test equipment is an effective alternative to rapid crack detection and classification tasks.
